The Kharkiv Human Rights Protection Group presents a submission to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court concerning the alleged crime of torture committed by the Russian military in Ukraine.

According to information provided by the Commissioner for Persons Missing in Special Circumstances, more than 80,000 people are considered missing under special circumstances.
